Objectives: Using a national sample of Americans, this study estimated and compared patterns of depressive symptom trajectories stratified by military service. This study then examined associations between sociodemographic factors theorized to shape entry into military service and trajectory patterns.
Method: Data came from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health, a nationally representative study that followed participants from adolescence (1994-1995) through midlife (2016-2018).

Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of extended immunotherapy in first-line immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs)-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) combination treatment for advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
Patients And Methods: We retrospectively analyzed data from patients with advanced RCC who received first-line ICIs-TKIs combination treatment at West China Hospital of Sichuan University between October 2018 and July 2024. Patients who are assessed as having a disease control status after 2 years of continuous treatment will continue to receive immune checkpoint inhibitors until the inhibitors are discontinued due to disease progression or death.

Background: Postmenopausal women are more susceptible to stress urinary incontinence (SUI), and insulin resistance (IR) is closely related to SUI. The triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index is an efficient metric for assessing IR. Investigating whether TyG index and its correlation indexes were correlated with SUI in postmenopausal women was the aim of this research.

Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) offer potential for discovering genomic regions that can be exploited to increase milk production. However, available GWAS and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) datasets are heavily skewed towards taurine breeds, which restricts their utility for genomic research in indicine cattle breeds. This study conducts a GWAS on the Badri breed of Indicine cattle to estimate variance components and identify significant variants associated with milk composition traits, utilizing double digest restriction-site associated DNA (ddRAD) sequencing data.
