In physics, every observation is made with respect to a frame of reference. Although reference frames are usually not considered as degrees of freedom, in all practical situations it is a physical system which constitutes a reference frame. Can a quantum system be considered as a reference frame and, if so, which description would it give of the world? Here, we introduce a general method to quantise reference frame transformations, which generalises the usual reference frame transformation to a "superposition of coordinate transformations". We describe states, measurement, and dynamical evolution in different quantum reference frames, without appealing to an external, absolute reference frame, and find that entanglement and superposition are frame-dependent features. The transformation also leads to a generalisation of the notion of covariance of dynamical physical laws, to an extension of the weak equivalence principle, and to the possibility of defining the rest frame of a quantum system.

Accurate detection and tracking of dynamic objects are critical for enabling skill demonstration and effective skill generalization in robotic skill learning and application scenarios. To further improve the detection accuracy and tracking speed of the YOLOv8s model in dynamic object tracking tasks, this paper proposes a method to enhance both detection precision and speed based on YOLOv8s architecture. Specifically, a Focused Linear Attention mechanism is introduced into the YOLOv8s backbone network to enhance dynamic object detection accuracy, while the Ghost module is incorporated into the neck network to improve the model's tracking speed for dynamic objects.

The systematic identification and functional characterization of noncanonical translation products, such as novel peptides, will facilitate the understanding of the human genome and provide new insights into cell biology. Here, we constructed a high-coverage peptide sequencing reference library with 11,668,944 open reading frames and employed an ultrafiltration tandem mass spectrometry assay to identify novel peptides. Through these methods, we discovered 8945 previously unannotated peptides from normal gastric tissues, gastric cancer tissues and cell lines, nearly half of which were derived from noncoding RNAs.
