Aim: We investigated outcomes in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and peritoneal involvement.
Patients & Methods: NSCLC patients with peritoneal carcinomatosis (PC) were included. We evaluated mOS1 (overall survival [OS] from NSCLC diagnosis) and mOS2 (OS from diagnosis of PC).
Results: In total, 60 NSCLC patients were diagnosed with PC, 12 (20%) patients had a diagnosis of NSCLC and synchronous PC with a median OS of 9 months. Smokers had a shorter mOS1 and mOS2 compared with never-smokers; EGFR-mutated patients on tyrosine kinase inhibitors had longer mOS1 and mOS2 than EGFR wild-type patients.
Conclusion: Metachronous PC is correlated to a short survival, irrespective of treatment line. Never-smokers and EGFR-mutated patients had improved mOS1 and mOS2 when compared with smokers and EGFR wild-type population.

Objective: To analyze the factors associated with EGFR-mutated lung cancer with leptomeningeal metastasis (LM) in the real world that affects the prognosis of patients.
Materials And Methods: The clinical data of 123 patients with advanced EGFR mutated lung cancer combined with LM treated at Henan Cancer Hospital and confirmed by histology between January 2016 and December 2020 were retrospectively collected, and all patients were followed up until September 2021. Analyze the median overall survival (mOS) time of patients with clinical characteristics and treatment factors to explore the factors influencing the prognosis of lung cancer patients with LM.

We conducted first-principles calculations to investigate the dynamic braiding of local edge states and the spin topological transport mechanism in a strong topological MoSTe matrix. The presence of type-II Van Hove singularity in the middle of the - path indicates a strong cohesive interaction and a paring condensation mechanism within the matrix. The surface state data of MoSTe clearly demonstrate the characteristic features of strong regular loop braiding in spin transport.
