Scholars and laypeople presume that this arrangement reflects mirrored preferences such that men desire younger partners and women desire older partners. Nevertheless, relevant published data on in-person romantic evaluations-that is, studies where adults interact in person and report their initial attraction to each other-are nearly nonexistent.

Bone damages in laying hens are of great concern in poultry farming. Besides various risk factors like housing systems or nutrient supply during egg production, it has often been hypothesized that genetically high-performing laying hens may be more prone to bone damages. Partial hospitalization programs (PHPs) are increasingly relied upon to provide intensive mental health treatment for youth with acute and severely impairing mental health symptoms, yet very few interventions have been adapted to fit this unique delivery context. Transdiagnostic treatments hold promise for addressing the complex clinical presentations and workflow needs of PHP programs, but more work is needed to understand factors that influence successful implementation. We conducted a formative implementation process evaluation to identify barriers and facilitators of acceptability, appropriateness, and feasibility of implementing an evidence-based transdiagnostic intervention in a PHP setting and further targets for intervention and implementation adaptation.

While extensively studied in terrestrial and marine environments, aerial foraging has remained relatively unexplored due to technological limitations. This study, uniquely combining BirdScan-MR1 radar and the Advanced Tracking and Localization of Animals in Real-Life Systems biotelemetry system, investigates the foraging dynamics of Little Swifts () in response to insect movements over Israel's Hula Valley.

Context: This study systematically investigated the effects of single S-atom vacancy defects and composite defects (vacancy combined with doping) on the properties of MoS using density functional theory. The results revealed that N-doped S-vacancy MoS has the smallest composite defect formation energy, indicating its highest stability. Doping maintained the direct band gap characteristic, with shifts in the valence band top.
