Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have become a research hotspot due to the impressive photovoltaic performance. The perovskite film plays an extremely important role in the light-to-electricity conversion, meanwhile, the stability of PSCs is also an important factor affecting the application of devices. Here we demonstrate a kind of stable PSCs by using simple solution-process in an air enviroment with about 45% relative humidity. Firstly, the NHCl was added to the perovskite precursor solution to adjust the kinetics of crystallization and growth of active layer, and then obtain high-quality CHNHPbI perovskite films. Hydrophobic carbon electrode was used to protect the perovskite active layers and further improve the stability of PSCs, which optimized the structure of the devices at the same time. We adjusted the amount of NHCl in the perovskite precursor solution (PbI: CHNHI: NHCl = 1: 1: x (x = 0 ∼ 1), and investigated the effect of that on the properties of perovskite active layers and PSCs. The above results showed that the devices achieved fully covered perovskite thin films and improved the photovoltaic performance of PSCs when the NHCl additive was x = 0.8. The short-circuit current density (J), fill factor (FF) and power conversion efficiency (PCE) were significantly enhenced. Under the condition of ambient air and no encapsulation, the PSCs exhibited good stability after 576 h test, and the PCE was still about 96% of the initial efficiency.

One of the primary challenges in commercializing perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is achieving both high power conversion efficiency (PCE) and sufficient stability. We integrate wafer-scale continuous monolayer MoS buffers at the top and bottom of a perovskite layer through a transfer process. These films physically block ion migration of perovskite into carrier transport layers and chemically stabilize the formamidinium lead iodide phase through strong coordination interaction.

From synthesis to application, there are always certain interactions between the polar solvents and perovskite nanocrystals (NCs). To explain the effect of solvent polarity especially on the photoluminescence (PL) properties of NCs is highly desirable, especially for sensing applications. Herein We have synthesized the methylammonium lead mixed halides (MAPbClBr, where n = 0, 0.

Tin dioxide (SnO2) stands as a promising material for the electron transport layer (ETL) in perovskite solar cells (PSCs) attributed to its superlative optoelectronic properties. The attainment of superior power conversion efficiency hinges critically on the preparation of high-quality SnO2 thin films. However, conventional nanoparticle SnO2 colloids often suffer from inherent issues such as numerous oxygen vacancy defects and film non-uniformity.
