In the field of image processing, optical neural networks offer advantages such as high speed, high throughput, and low energy consumption. However, most existing coherent optical neural networks (CONN) rely on coherent light sources to establish transmission models. The use of laser inputs and electro-optic modulation devices at the front end of these neural networks diminishes their computational capability and energy efficiency, thereby limiting their practical applications in object detection tasks.

In space-based gravitational wave detection, establishing ultra-long-distance and ultra-high-precision laser links between satellites is achieved through the laser acquisition and tracking system. The laser spot centroid positioning method, which offers low computational complexity and strong adaptability to beam shape, is currently the core measurement method during the laser acquisition phase. However, due to various interference factors encountered in practical tests, this algorithm often falls short of meeting the extremely high requirements.

Background: Alirocumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody to proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin type 9 used for the reduction of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in high-risk patients not reaching their LDL-C target. Recently, a 2-mL prefilled autoinjector has been developed to support the monthly 300-mg dosing regimen with a single-injection administration.

Methods And Objectives: Monthly application of 300 mg AlirRocumab (Praluent) using the 2-mL SYDNEY Device (MARS) is a non-interventional, open, prospective, multi-center cohort study conducted in Germany between 2021 and 2023 with an observational period of 12 weeks.

Background: Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a common comorbidity in patients with psoriasis (PsO) that leads to significant disease burden. Biologic therapies targeting the interleukin (IL)-23/IL-17 axis have been widely used for PsO, but their comparative effectiveness in preventing PsA remains unclear.

Objective: The study objective was to compare the occurrence of developing incidental PsA among PsO patients treated with interleukin-23 inhibitors (IL23is) or interleukin-17 inhibitors (IL17is).

Spectral Imaging techniques such as Laser-induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) and Raman Spectroscopy (RS) enable the localized acquisition of spectral data, providing insights into the presence, quantity, and spatial distribution of chemical elements or molecules within a sample. This significantly expands the accessible information compared to conventional imaging approaches such as machine vision. However, despite its potential, spectral imaging also faces specific challenges depending on the limitations of the spectroscopy technique used, such as signal saturation, matrix interferences, fluorescence, or background emission.
