Article Abstract
Due to the implementation of the idea of the formation of a society for all ages, the present article deals with the problems of the intergenerational connections in the sphere of work and leisure. The article outlines the results of the measurement of the intergenerational relationships done by means of sociological methods. The attempt to measure the intergenerational relationships was carried out in the course of the expert poll, conducted by the authors in 2016 within the framework of the project № 16-02-00495 «Human capital of the senior generation: preservation and usage», supported by the Russian Foundation for Humanities and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research. The article explores the tendencies of the application and transformation of the mentoring phenomenon, including the formation of a mixed-age workforce. The article also identifies the facts of the inclination towards mixed-aged leisure communication by the elderly population. The article defines which human qualities of the senior generation are the most important to pass on to children and youth.

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic had significant impacts on youth health and well-being. Youth with prior inequities, such as those exposed to child maltreatment, may have experienced greater psychosocial challenges and long-term difficulties than their peers, including sustained interpersonal relationships problems. Given the importance of healthy relationships during adolescence and early adulthood, the significant impact the pandemic had on youth, and the potential disproportionate challenges for youth with a child maltreatment history, the purpose of the present study was to better understand changes in relational conflict among youth with and without a child maltreatment history from the perspectives of youth themselves.

Numerous cities in the Russian Federation have joined the World Health Organization's (WHO) Global Network for Age-Friendly Cities and Communities since 2011. In order to do quantitative evaluations of the age-friendliness of cities, the Age-Friendly Cities and Communities Questionnaire (AFCCQ) was developed in the Netherlands. The purpose of this study was to translate and test the validity and reliability of the AFCCQ for use in the Russian Federation, and to study the views on the age-friendliness of the city of Kazan in the Republic of Tatarstan from an intergenerational perspective.
