Introduction And Importance: Orbital lymphomas, are extranodal lymphomas primarily involving the ocular adnexa, which includes conjunctiva, eyelids, eyelashes, eyebrows, lacrimal glands, retro-orbital soft tissues, and the extraocular muscles. Ocular adnexal lymphomas can be primary or secondary. This case is important because there are few case reports in the world, and it is among the first case to be reported from Ethiopia.

This case report describes a 10-year-old spayed female domestic medium-hair cat with chronic upper respiratory signs related to a remnant of the left globe in the orbit after incomplete enucleation, causing a draining tract. A CT scan, complete blood (cell) count, biochemical analysis, rhinoscopy, biopsy, culture, histopathologic analysis, and surgical revision of enucleation were done. Complete blood (cell) count was unremarkable.

Lower eyelid function and appearance depend on the complex anatomic relationship between the soft tissue lamellae, supportive tarsoligamentous sling, and bone. Aging in the lower lid area may be caused by changes in the anterior lamella (skin and orbicularis oculi muscle), middle lamella (orbital septum and lower lid fat pads), posterior lamella (tarsus, lower eyelid retractors, and conjunctiva), tarsoligamentous sling (lateral retinaculum), or any combination of the previously described.

A 63-year-old male with high myopia developed sudden visual loss, eyelid swelling, eye pain, discharge, and tearing in his left eye while wearing soft contact lenses (CLs) during the day and orthokeratology lenses at night. At the initial visit, his corrected visual acuity in the left eye was 20/1000, with a ring-shaped ulcer in the central cornea, corneal infiltration across the entire cornea, and conjunctival hyperemia. was detected from corneal scrapings, and after antibiotic treatment, the ulcer healed with corneal opacity remaining.
