The Psychoeducational Profile 3rd Edition (PEP-3) is a comprehensive assessment tool designed for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Although its original English version has been validated, few validation studies have been conducted on translated versions including Chinese ones. Based on 554 Chinese children with ASD and 311 typically developing Chinese children as the control group, this study investigated the psychometric properties of a simplified Chinese PEP-3 (sCPEP-3) in China mainland. Psychometric evaluation of the sCPEP-3 showed satisfactory internal consistency, test-retest reliability, inter-rater reliability, convergent validity, construct validity, and factorial validity. The findings have several implications such as utilizing the sCPEP-3 in mainland China for customized educational program planning, early identification, and evaluating the treatment effects for children with ASD.

Countercurrent chromatography (CCC) is an efficient technique for purifying bioactive natural compounds, but selecting the solvent system can be a time-consuming and crucial process for successful separation. This paper discussed the HPLC-assisted mathematical prediction method for the n-hexane/alcohol solvents/water (HAWat) and ethyl acetate/n-butanol/water (EBuWat) systems and designed an intelligent online selection system to simplify the separation process. Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of intimate partner violence among women with breast cancer and/or cervical cancer in China and to explore its psychosocial associated factors.
Methods: From July to September 2023, we firstly conducted reliability and validity tests using the simplified Chinese version of the Women Abuse Screening Tool in 150 women with breast and/or cervical cancer. We then used a questionnaire comprising the Chinese version of the Women Abuse Screening Tool, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, European Organization for Research and Treatment Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30, and Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory Scale in 401 women with breast and/or cervical cancer.

The great variety of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) profiles among tuberculosis (TB) patients necessitates a comprehensive detection method. This study developed culture-independent, long amplicon-based targeted next-generation sequencing (tNGS) methods for predicting AMR across 16 drugs within the complex (MTBC).
