Published: January 2019

Femoral neck fractures in young patients are uncommon but are often associated with surgical challenges and complications. Neck shortening and varus collapse are the most common challenges of current fixation options. Use of newer implants is being reported with cautious optimism, and further studies are needed. LEVEL OF EVIDENCE:: Therapeutic Level V.
