Aim: To explore and understand work stress and its sources among oncology nurses in a Saudi university-teaching hospital.
Design: Qualitative descriptive study using semistructured interviews.
Methods: Fourteen oncology nurses working in a university-teaching hospital were interviewed between October - December 2016. Qualitative content analysis according to the Krippendorff method was used to explore work-related stressors among oncology nurses in Saudi Arabia.
Results: Two categories were emerged including "extent of work stress" and "work-related stressors". The second category included the following subcategories of workload and staff shortage, emotional demands, lack of social support, language barriers, and lack of respect from patients and family members and cultural differences.

Importance: Enhanced breast cancer screening with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is recommended to women with elevated risk of breast cancer, yet uptake of screening remains unclear after genetic testing.
Objective: To evaluate uptake of MRI after genetic results disclosure and counseling.
Design, Setting, And Participants: This multicenter cohort study was conducted at the University of Southern California Norris Cancer Hospital, the Los Angeles General Medical Center, and the Stanford University Cancer Institute.
Background: Neutropenia and febrile neutropenia (FN) are serious complications of myelosuppressive chemotherapy and present a considerable burden to patients with cancer. Febrile neutropenia is associated with increased risks of infection and hospitalization, a particular concern during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Oncology nurses and advanced practice providers (APPs; including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, advanced practice nurses, and pharmacists) play a vital role in the management of patients with cancer and the prevention of infections.

Background: Patients with cancer routinely undergo genomic tumor sequencing, a component of molecular profiling (MP), to better characterize their cancer and identify potential targetable alterations. Targeted treatments potentially confer higher response rates and better efficacy. With increasing complexity, patients may require detailed explanations of MP results.
