Detecting extranodal disease in paediatric Hodgkin lymphoma is of great importance for both treatment and prognosis. Different imaging techniques can be used to identify these extranodal sites. This pictorial essay provides an overview of imaging features of extranodal disease manifestation in paediatric Hodgkin lymphoma.

Objective: To apply the Toronto Childhood Cancer Staging Guidelines (TG) and Estimate the Observed Survival Probabilities for Pediatric Patients with Leukemia and Lymphoma.
Methods: Staging at diagnosis was conducted according to tier 2 of the TG. The study cohort included patients aged 0 -19 years from the Population-Based Cancer Registry (PBCR) of Mato Grosso, diagnosed with leukemia and lymphoma between 2008 and 2017, with follow-up until December 31, 2022.

Activated PI3K delta syndrome (APDS) is a primary immunodeficiency that is caused by mutations in the PI3K signalling pathway resulting in either gain-of-function or loss-of-function phenotypes of APDS 1 and 2. Malignancy is one of the most serious complications associated with APDS patients, with the most commonly occurring of these being lymphoma, and is the most common cause of death in APDS patients. Management of APDS is complex and variable due to the heterogeneous nature of the disease and ranges from antimicrobial and immunosuppressant agents to haematopoetic stem cell transplantation.

: The long-term consequences of intensive treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma (HL), including metabolic syndrome (MetS) and cardiovascular diseases, but also deteriorated quality of life (QoL), are present in many survivors of childhood HL. : Adolescents and young adults diagnosed with HL who continued the follow-up after successful treatment for HL were included. Burkitt lymphoma (BL) is an aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), subdivided into endemic, sporadic, and immunodeficiency-associated forms. While jaw lesions are common in endemic BL, they are infrequent in sporadic cases, only rarely constituting the first manifestation of the disease. The aim of this study is to present a rare pediatric case of sporadic BL first manifesting as gingival swellings and tooth hypermobility and provide a review of all the published sporadic BL case reports as the first sign of disease.
