Objective: To detect the expression of JAK2/STAT3 mRNA in peripheral blood T cells from the patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(CITP), and to explore the relationship between JAK2/STAT3 mRNA and CITP.
Methods: CITP group and healthy control group were set in this study, The JAK2/STAT3 mRNA expression level in peropheral blood T cells of 2 groups was detected with the RT-PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis.
Results: JAK2 mRNA expression level in CITP group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01), the STAT3 mRNA expression level in CITP group was also higher than control group(P<0.01), The JAK2/STAT3 mRNA expression level of CITP patiants increased obviously compared with control group.
Conclusion: The expression level of JAK2/STAT3 mRNA increases signficanlty in chronic ITP patients, which involves in pathogenesis of CITP.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of curcumin (Cur) against arsenic-induced neuroimmune toxicity and the underlying molecular mechanisms in vivo. Methods Eighty SPF female C57BL/6 mice were randomly assigned to four groups: a control group, an arsenic-treated group, a Cur-treated group and an arsenic+Cur group, with 20 mice in each group. The control group received distilled water; the arsenic-treated group was given 50 mg/L NaAsO in the drinking water; the Cur-treated group was gavaged with 200 mg/kg of curcumin for 45 days; and the arsenic+Cur group received distilled water and was gavaged with 200 mg/kg of curcumin.

Background: Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), particularly M2-polarized TAMs, are significant contributors to tumor progression, immune evasion, and therapy resistance in gastric cancer (GC). Despite efforts to target TAM recruitment or depletion, clinical efficacy remains limited. Consequently, the identification of targets that specifically inhibit or reprogram M2-polarized TAMs presents a promising therapeutic strategy.

Kidney stone disease is a major risk factor for impaired renal function, leading to renal fibrosis and end-stage renal disease. High global prevalence and recurrence rate pose a significant threat to human health and healthcare resources. Investigating the mechanisms of kidney stone-induced injury is crucial.

Objective: Qingdai (QD) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) commonly used in clinical practice to treat acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ALI/ARDS). However, the mechanisms underlying the effects of QD remain not fully understood. This investigation demonstrated QD alleviated LPS-induced ALI in mice and exerted anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway.

The occurrence of severe myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury is associated with the clinical application of reestablishment technique for heart disease, and understanding its underlying mechanisms is currently an urgent issue. Prior investigations have demonstrated the potential enhancement of MIRI through EGR1 suppression, although the precise underlying regulatory pathways require further elucidation. The core focus of this investigation is to examine the molecular pathways through EGR1 regulates mitophagy-mediated myocardial cell pyroptosis and its impact on MIRI.
