Objectives: This study describes the clinical and paraclinical features, antibiotic resistance levels, and treatment outcomes of septicemia acquired in the Vietnamese community.
Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 102 patients with community-acquired sepsis caused by from July 2018 to July 2023.
Results: -induced community sepsis had a septic shock rate of 13.

Background And Objective: Complicated urinary tract infections (cUTIs) are serious, potentially life-threatening infections that occur in patients with an increased disease progression risk. Antimicrobial resistance represents an important health issue worldwide, contributing to relapses, which can generate further resistances. It is necessary to clarify the role of microbiological eradication as an additional objective in the management of cUTIs.

Background: Proximal humerus and shaft fractures are common, comprising 10-11 % of all fractures. Progress in their management includes refined surgical techniques and implants, coupled with a deeper understanding of fracture patterns.
Aims: This study examines the effect of surgical education on in-hospital outcomes for operatively treated proximal and humerus shaft fractures, aiming to enhance patient care and results.

Background: This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) technology for identifying pathogens associated with spinal infection (SI).
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data from 193 patients with suspected SI between August 2020 and September 2024. Based on histopathological results, the patients were divided into the SI group (n=162) and the non-SI group (n=31).
