Background: The purpose of this case report is to describe a case of multiple intrahepatic artery aneurysms during treatment for IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis (IgG4-SC) and to provide information for daily practice.
Case Summary: A 64-year-old Japanese woman was diagnosed with IgG4-SC five years prior and was receiving maintenance treatment with prednisolone 7.5-10 mg/day.

Stroke is a serious condition with sudden onset, high severity, and significant rates of mortality and disability, ranking as the second leading cause of death globally at 11.6%. Mechanical complications, such as acute mitral regurgitation (MR), can worsen the clinical course, leading to rapid hemodynamic deterioration. Recent advancements in mechanical circulatory support and percutaneous interventions have introduced new therapeutic options, offering viable alternatives to traditional surgery for high-risk patients.

Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted where a questionnaire was filled from the month of November to the month of December of the year 2023, to assess the level of awareness about hearing loss and ear health. The participants included were Jordanian adults (age ≥ 18 years) residing in the North, Middle and South of Jordan.
