Objective: it was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of rapamycin-eluting stents at different doses in the treatment of coronary artery narrowing in miniature pigs.
Methods: a total of 20 miniature pigs were randomly assigned into four groups: S1 group (low-dose rapamycin-coated stent, 55 µg/mm), S2 group (medium-dose rapamycin-coated stent, 120 µg/mm), S3 group (high-dose rapamycin-coated stent, 415 µg/mm), and D0 group (bare metal stent). Introduction: Despite the generally mild course of COVID-19 in children, immunocompromised patients may experience complications or severe infection. This study reports the clinical outcomes of pediatric patients treated with nirmatrelvir and ritonavir (N/R) for SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Methods: We retrospectively reported the data of children with any immunodeficiency with COVID-19 who received N/R treatment between March 2022 and June 2023 at the Bambino Gesù Children's Hospital.

Background: Generalized lymphatic anomaly (GLA) is a rare congenital lymphatic malformation (LM) characterized by multiple infiltrating lymphangiomas in various tissues. Owing to its rarity, information on this disease is obtained mainly through case reports, leading to delayed diagnosis. In this study, we reported a case of generalized lymphatic anomaly in a pediatric patient manifesting as hemorrhagic pleural effusion.
