Vascular anomalies arise during embryologic development due to errors in vasculogenesis. They are associated with sporadic or inherited mutations in receptors, growth factors or enzymes within various vasculogenic pathways such as mTOR, VEGF, and PI3K. Vascular anomalies have the capability to cause significant symptoms and disability, especially when located in the distal extremities.

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a progressive and irreversible lung disease with high mortality and limited treatment options. While single-dose bleomycin-induced models are commonly used to investigate the pathogenesis of IPF, they fail to adequately replicate the complex pathological features in human patients, thereby hindering comprehensive investigations. Previous studies utilizing repetitive bleomycin injections have demonstrated a closer resemblance to human IPF pathology; however, the time- and resource-intensive nature of this approach presents significant drawbacks.

Background: Bisphenol F (BPF), a substitute for bisphenol A (BPA), is widely used in consumer products, increasing the potential for environmental exposure. Our study investigated the reproductive effects of BPF on adult male zebrafish and explored its toxicological mechanisms, as well as its intergenerational effects.
Methods: Adult male zebrafish were exposed to BPF concentrations of 0, 50, 500, 2500, and 5000 nM for 21 days.

: Caries or iatrogenic thermal trauma of the teeth have a significant impact on the dental pulp structure connected with stimulation of angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. Therefore, the aim of the study was to identify the difference in the rate of heat dissipation by vessels present in the dental pulp. : Freshly extracted healthy ( = 10) and carious ( = 14) molars and premolars were cut on a diamond saw and subjected to active thermographic examination and then subjected to lymphoscintigraphy and X-ray examination.

Di-2-(ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) is a phthalate derivative used extensively in a wide range of materials, such as medical devices, toys, cosmetics, and personal care products. Many mechanisms, including epigenetics, may be involved in the effects of phthalates on brain development. In this study, Sprague-Dawley male rats were obtained 21-23 days after their birth (post-weaning) and were exposed to DEHP during the prepubertal period with low-dose DEHP (DEHP-L, 30 mg/kg/day) and high-dose DEHP (DEHP-H, 60 mg/kg/day, 37 days) until the end of adolescence (PND 60).
