Objectives: The risks of mortality and graft failure in those receiving organ transplants from donors who have drowned are unclear. We compared 5-year mortality and graft survival from those receiving a drowned donor kidney or liver to those receiving organs from alternative causes of nondrowning donor death.
Materials And Methods: In this retrospective analysis, we searched the United Network for Organ Sharing database between January 1, 2010, and June 30, 2022.

There is no established treatment for late or chronic antibody-mediated rejection of a kidney graft. Rituximab-based treatment is not effective, since long-lived high-affinity plasma cells do not express CD20 and do not depend on previous maturation steps to generate donor-specific antibodies. Conversely, daratumumab, an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, directly targets plasma cells, with proven efficacy in multiple myeloma.

Background: Cerebral palsy (CP), traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI), and muscular dystrophy (MD), among the various other neurological disorders, are major global health problems because they are chronic disorders with no curative treatments at present. Current interventions aim to relieve symptoms alone and therefore emphasize the necessity for new approaches.
Objective: This study aims to assess the safety and efficacy of autologous bone marrow-derived mononuclear cell (BM-MNC) therapy in patients with CP, traumatic SCI, and MD.

Introduction: Stasis of bile flow can result in microbial colonization of the biliary tree. Cholangitis is a common adverse event linked to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).
Aim: To establish the bacterial profiles isolated from the bile sample and to evaluate the pre-ERCP risk factors predicting the microbial growth and development of post-ERCP cholangitis (PEC).
