Studies have reported satisfactory clinical outcomes after shoulder arthroplasty to treat osteonecrosis of the humeral head (ONHH). Isolated rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder is a prodrome of α-synucleinopathies. Using positron emission tomography, we assessed changes in Parkinson's disease-related motor and cognitive metabolic networks and caudate/putamen dopaminergic input in a 4-year longitudinal imaging study of 13 male subjects with this disorder. We also correlated times to phenoconversion with baseline network expression in an independent validation sample.

Objective: Here, we aim to investigate whether D-dimer (DD)/fibrinogen (FIB) ratio or combination of DD and FIB contribute to the prognosis of stroke and stroke subtypes.
Methods: 1413 patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) were recruited. We measured DD and FIB levels on admission and followed up with patients at discharge and 90-day following discharge.
