Aim: To develop and test a scale that assesses the attitudes and practices of registered nurses toward physical examination (PE) in of (delete) the clinical settings.
Methods: A cross-sectional methodological design with a convenience sample of 277 registered nurses was used. A Likert-type scale was constructed using 55 Likert-type items that were extracted from the relevant literature. Exploratory factor analyses were conducted using varimax rotation. Factor loading, eigenvalues, and screeplots were used to determine the best fit model.
Results: The final version of the scale consisted of four factors. The determinant score was (0.001) and the total variance explained was 56.26%. All of those four factors had eigenvalue more than 1. The final version of the scale (the 20-item scale) was tested for reliability and was internally consistent (Cronbach's α = 0.833). The scale was supported for its validity.
Conclusion: The final version of the scale can be used to determine nurses' perspective and use of PE, and assist in bridging the gap between what is taught and what is practices regarding PE.

It is difficult to distinguish Parkinson's disease (PD) in the early stage from those of various disorders including atypical Parkinson's syndrome (APS), vascular parkinsonism (VP), and even essential tremor (ET), because of the overlap of symptoms. Other, more challenging problems will arise when Parkinson's disease develops into Parkinson's disease dementia (PDD) in the middle and late stages. At this time, the differential diagnosis of PDD and DLB becomes thorny.

Background: Adverse medical events not only harm patients and families, but also have a significant negative impact on healthcare providers, with the potential to compromise future professional functioning. These "second victims" may need organizational support and rehabilitation to return to functionality.
Objectives: We analyzed the validity of an adapted tool, the Second Victim Experience and Support Tool (SVEST), on a population in Israel, H-SVEST.

(1) Background: To make recommendations on the most effective therapy options for Ductal Carcinoma of the Breast (DCIS) patients; (2) Methods: MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, PROSPERO databases, and main relevant guideline websites were searched. Draft versions of the guideline went through formal internal and external reviews, with a final approval by the Program in Evidence Based Care and the DCIS Expert Panel. The Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation approach was followed; (3) Results: Based on the current evidence from the systematic review and this guideline authors' clinical opinions, initial draft recommendations were developed to improve the management of patients with DCIS.
