Giant hepatic hemangiomas are challenging to manage, requiring effective therapeutic approaches. Transarterial bleomycin-lipiodol embolization (TACE) has shown promise as a treatment option, yet predictive factors for its success are not well defined. This study aimed to assess the efficacy of TACE for giant hepatic hemangiomas and identify factors influencing treatment outcomes.

Introduction: Laennec's capsule serves as a critical anatomical landmark in anatomical liver resection. Despite its potential, a lack of large-scale prospective studies limits the widespread use of the Laennec approach for minimally invasive hepatectomy. Background And Study Aims: This study was aimed to validate the correlation of circular RNA HIPK3 (CircHIPK3) expression in serum and tissues with the progression of liver fibrosis (LF) and liver cirrhosis (LC).
Patients And Methods: Serum CircHIPK3 expressions were detected in 120 patients with LF/LC and 120 healthy controls (HCs). CircHIPK3 expression in tissues was detected in 120 fibrotic liver tissues and compared to 57 healthy liver tissues from patients with hepatic hemangioma.

We report a case of a 69-year-old female patient who suffered from HEHE and complained of abdominal distension pain with dizziness and appetite loss for more than half a month.

Background: Lung transplantation is a viable lifesaving option for patients with diffuse pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (AVMs). We present a case of diffuse pulmonary AVMs associated with juvenile polyposis and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (JP-HHT) that was successfully managed by lung transplantation.
Case Presentation: A 19-year-old woman developed severe hypoxemia due to pulmonary AVMs diagnosed at 4 years of age.
