Background: All for Them is a theory-based and evidence-informed multilevel, multicomponent program delivered through schools to increase HPV vaccination among medically underserved youth across Texas. Given the potential logistical challenges of program implementation, understanding how to best support the implementation and sustainment of the program is critical. The overall goals of this study are twofold: 1) develop a multifaceted implementation strategy, Implementing All for Them (IM-AFT); and 2) evaluate the impact of IM-AFT on implementation outcomes for schools and healthcare providers to successfully implement All for Them in their respective settings.

Based on multi-year data in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, we assessed the outcomes of an economic strengthening model developed by TB HIV Care (THC) in the Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored and Safe (DREAMS) HIV prevention programme. Mitochondrial genomes in frogs are crucial in reconstructing phylogenetic relationships and clarifying molecular evolution in these animals. Therefore, we determined and analyzed the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of in this research. The total length of this sequence is 19,782 base pairs, containing a total of 37 genes, which include 22 tRNA genes, 13 protein-coding genes, and 2 rRNA genes, along with two D-loop regions.
