Introduction: Structural and functional cardiac defects leading to inadequate tissue oxygenation is known as Heart failure (HF) which is characterized by extensive morbidity and mortality. Pathophysiology of HF involves systolic and diastolic dysfunction, neurohormonal dysregulation, and imbalance in inflammatory mediators which complicates treatment further. Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is an approach used for restoring ventricular synchrony and enhancing mechanical efficiency.

Introduction: Right ventricular (RV) pacing can impair left ventricular function and cause heart failure, known as pacing-induced cardiomyopathy (PICM). Upgrade to cardiac resynchronization (CRT) is its usual treatment; recently left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) has emerged as a potential alternative. Deep septal pacing (DSP), a simplified alternative to LBBAP, is still able to achieve narrower paced QRS than during conventional RV pacing.

Background: Left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) has been introduced as an alternative to biventricular pacing in cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT). Several studies describe echocardiographic reverse remodelling after LBBAP. Reverse electrical remodelling after LBBAP has not yet been described.

Objective: The present study was conducted to assess the accuracy and reliability of portable 12‑lead electrocardiography (ECG) devices in patients with heart disease.
Materials And Methods: This single-center, prospective, blinded study enrolled 62 patients between September and October 2023 from the Heart Center of a Class III hospital. In sequential tests on each patient, heart rate (HR) and the PR, QT, QTc and QRS intervals of ECG recordings obtained with a portable 12‑lead device (Weheal, CN) were compared with those obtained via conventional 12‑lead ECG.

Background: Left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) and endocardial resynchronization (Endo-CRT) are alternatives to biventricular pacing for cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT).
Objective: To compare the outcomes of LBBAP versus Endo-CRT using conventional pacing leads.
Methods: Patients with heart failure (HF) undergoing CRT with LBBAP or Endo-CRT were included.
