An 87-year-old was referred for gynecologic evaluation of a lesion involving the left labia majus noted 3 years earlier. Fine-needle aspiration cytology revealed clusters with an acinous structure or glandular formation. The tumor appeared as cell clusters with linear arrangements.

We report the a case of 60-year-old male whose final finding was curability C and stage IV scirrhus type gastric cancer because of N3, CY1 and DM (+) treated with a novel oral anticancer drug composed of tegafur (FT), Gimeracil (CDHP) and Oteracil Potassium (Oxo) in a molar ratio of 1:04:1 after operation. This drug was administered orally twice daily after meals at a dose of 80 mg/body/day. One cycle consisted of consecutive administration for 28 days and 14 days rest, and this treatment cycle was repeated twice.

A 32-year-old woman who 1 year earlier underwent a right mastectomy for stage II breast cancer with the histology of invasive ductal carcinoma (scirrhus type) was admitted due to recurrent, metastatic breast cancer in January 1997. She presented multiple metastatic lesions in the skin, lymph nodes, bone, lungs, liver, and spleen, and her bone marrow was replaced almost entirely by tumor cells. The patient was sequentially treated with 5 courses of cyclophosphamide (CPA) and adriamycin (ADM) (CA); 2 courses of CPA, ADM, and 5-fluorouracil; 5 caurses of docetaxel hydrate; and 1 course of CA.
