A 34-year-old man who did not use tobacco complained of hemoptysis with a small volume, severe dry cough, and low-grade fever for 5 months. He denied dyspnea, chest pain, night sweats, or weight loss. Chest CT scanning showed nodules with a cavity in the lower left lung.

Rationale: Spontaneous retroperitoneal hematoma (SRH) is a rare but potentially fatal condition, often associated with anticoagulation therapy. With the global prevalence of COVID-19 and the widespread use of anticoagulants in its management, there is an increasing need to recognize rare but serious complications like SRH. This case report aims to emphasize the importance of early recognition and intervention of SRH in patients with COVID-19 undergoing anticoagulation therapy, to improve patient outcomes and reduce mortality.

A 54-year-old man underwent right S6 segmentectomy for right lung cancer. After discharge, he presented with fever, hemoptysis, and cough, and computed tomography showed an intermediate bronchus fistula. Because direct closure or bronchoplasty was challenging, a Dumon (Novatech) stent was inserted directly into the fistula from the surgical field and covered with an autologous pericardial patch, pedicled mediastinal fat, and intercostal muscle.

Introduction: Infective thoracic aortic aneurysms are uncommon, especially presenting with haemoptysis.
Case Presentation: We report the case of an 81-year-old male who presented with fever and pleuritic chest pain and was initially misdiagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia. A CT scan later revealed a saccular, ruptured thoracic aortic aneurysm.
