This retrospective study aimed to compare surgical outcomes and renal function impacts between general anaesthesia and continuous epidural anaesthesia for RIRS.
Methods: Clinical data from patients who underwent RIRS for renal stones at our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were retrospectively analysed.

Intra- and postoperative thrombotic and hemorrhagic complications are not still well-studied in modern operative urology.
Aim: To explore the influence of morpho-densitometry changes of blood platelets on perioperative thrombotic and hemorrhagic complications in patients with staghorn nephrolithiasis after percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL).
