Possibilities of stimulation of the cartilage tissue regenerative properties in damage, using autolipofilling, were studied. The experimental investigations data witnesses efficacy of cartilage restoration while application of the method proposed. The data obtained are forcing for further investigation on possibilities of the cartilage tissue regeneration, using autolipotransplants.

Background: The treatment procedure for intracapsular condylar fractures (ICF) is still being debated. The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disc is a key factor for treating ICF. The study aims to investigate the changes in TMJ disc status and condylar cartilage regeneration following ICF in a rabbit model, to assist in planning treatment.

Objectives: The effects of systemic inflammation on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) are poorly understood. This study aimed to establish a mouse model to study the effects of systemic inflammation on the TMJ.
Materials And Methods: SKG mice, a BALB/c strain with spontaneous onset of rheumatoid arthritis-like symptoms due to a spontaneous point mutation (W163C) in the gene encoding the SH2 domain of ZAP-70, were treated with zymosan (β-1,3-glucan).

Introduction: The medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) is the main patellar stabilizer in low knee flexion degrees (0-30°). Isolated MPFL reconstruction (MPFLr) is therefore considered the gold standard of surgical procedures for low flexion patellofemoral instabilities (PFIs). Despite excellent clinical results, little is known about the effect of MPFLr on kinematic parameters (KPs) of the patellofemoral joint in vivo.

Background: Pain and inflammation are closely associated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), which affects the bones and joints.
Aim: While there are a number of therapeutic options for arthritis, their side effects restrict their use and encourage the search for alternative, natural remedies.
Methods: In male rats, we examined the anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic properties of venom (NHV).

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease of cartilage, and exosome derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are considered promising for treating inflammatory musculoskeletal disorders, although their mechanisms are not fully understood. This study aimed to investigate the effects of exosomes derived from canine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (cBMSCs-Exos) on the expression of inflammatory factors and genes related cartilage matrix metabolism in IL-1β-induced canine chondrocytes. Canine BMSCs were isolated and characterized for surface markers and trilineage differentiation.
