Nanozymes have been widely used for the construction of colorimetric sensors. However, the simultaneous discrimination of multiple targets using nanozymes is still a challenge. In this work, we construct a multiple-readout system for pattern recognition of proteins using nanozyme. Graphitic carbon nitride (g-CN) nanosheets, which possess peroxidase-like activity, are chosen as the single sensing receptor. The catalytic activity of g-CN can be changed to different degrees owing to the different interactions between g-CN and proteins. By choosing different combinations of absorbance intensities at various time points, multichannel information can be extracted from a single material for pattern recognition. The platform avoids the synthesis of multiplex sensing receptors and the requirement of sophisticated instruments, leading to lower cost and time consumption. The study provides a new method for the construction of feasible, convenient, and flexibly nanozyme-based sensing arrays.

The analysis of repetitive hand movements and behavioral transition patterns holds particular significance in detecting atypical behaviors in early child development. Early recognition of these behaviors holds immense promise for timely interventions, which can profoundly impact a child's well-being and future prospects. However, the scarcity of specialized medical professionals and limited facilities has made detecting these behaviors and unique patterns challenging using traditional manual methods.

Organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) are widely used in agricultural production, posing a great threat to human health and the environment. Given that different OPs present different toxicology and toxicities, identifying individual pesticide residues becomes important for assessing food safety and environmental implications. In this work, a kinetics difference-driven analyte hydrolysis strategy is proposed for the first time and validated to identify -nitrophenyl pesticides by developing an organophosphorus hydrolase-like nanozyme-coded sensor array.

Introduction: The aim of this study is to compare the injury patterns of female water polo players before and after the implementation of the Male-Assisted Female Training (MAFT) program. The study seeks to identify key factors influencing these changes and propose corresponding injury prevention measures.
Methods: We utilized pattern analysis and classification techniques to explore the injury data.

The NOD-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing 3 (NLRP3) is a key pattern recognition receptor in the innate immune system. Its overactivation leads to the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-1β and IL-18, which contribute to the development and progression of various diseases. In recent years, evidence has shown that gut microbiota plays an important role in regulating the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome.

Bu Shen Jian Gu Oral Liquid (BSJG) is a hospital formulation commonly utilized in the treatment of fractures, joint dislocations, and rheumatoid arthritis. However, there has been no effective and straightforward method to comprehensively assess the quality of BSJG. In this experiment, a fingerprint of various batches of BSJG was established using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
