Desmoid tumors (DT) are rare neoplasms with unknown etiology arising from musculoaponeurotic structures. Chest wall localization is uncommon and has been associated with high recurrence rate unless radical resection with negative margins is carried out. Postresectional reconstruction can be challenging in presence of giant lesions and might require adoption of complex reconstruction methods including use of well vascularized muscle flaps. We present a case of giant hump-like recurrent chest wall DT, which was radically resected following placement of multiple subcutaneous silicon tissue expanders, to gain redundant skin, which eventually allowed in conjunction with two transposition, cutaneous-adipose flaps, harvested from the upper gluteal region, an optimal reconstruction of the large postresectional defect.

The optimal management of bone tumors requires a multidisciplinary strategy to guarantee high-quality care. At specialized centers, the medical team responsible for managing patients with bone cancer comprises oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and rehabilitation specialists. The goal of treatment is to achieve long-term survival with minimal disability and pain.

Tension pneumocephalus is a rare postoperative complication, typically presenting with mental status changes or rapid neurological decline after craniotomy. We report a complex case of tension pneumocephalus triggered by graft retraction after ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt placement. A 39-year-old woman with a recurrent left trigeminal cavernous sinus schwannoma, status post one prior resection, two stereotactic radiosurgery treatments, and one course of fractionated radiotherapy, underwent radical resection with orbital exenteration and abdominal fat free graft reconstruction followed by adjuvant radiotherapy for malignant transformation.

The Aim Of The Study: To develop and implement a comprehensive algorithm for the rehabilitation of patients after partial resection of the mandible using a titanium «growing» endoprosthesis.
Material And Methods: The study included 16 patients aged 2 to 7 years, with benign (6 cases) and malignant (10 cases) tumors of the mandible. The patients were divided into 2 groups depending on the time of fixation of the endoprosthesis.
