We wish to correct two mutations in Supplementary Table 4 of this Letter. The NCI-H460 cell line was annotated as being mutant for TP53. NCI-H460 has been verified to be TP53 wild type by several sources. The NCI-H2009 cell line was annotated as being mutant for PIK3CA. As annotated by COSMIC (ref. 24 of the original Letter) and CCLE (ref. 25 of the original Letter), the NCI-H2009 cell line has a mutation in PIK3C3, rather than PIK3CA. The cell line is wild type for PIK3CA. The Supplementary Information of this Amendment contains the corrected Supplementary Table 4. These errors do not affect our conclusions. The original Letter has not been corrected.

Objective: Post-cesarean delivery (CD) acute pain may progress to chronic pain, which may impair maternal bonding and child development. In 2013, we compared the efficacy of versus on-demand oral analgesia for post-caesarean pain in a randomized-controlled-trial. The fixed-time-interval group had received scheduled paracetamol, tramadol, and diclofenac regardless of pain level, and the on-demand group received medication as needed, with oxycodone reserved for unrelieved pain in both groups.

Memory Clinic, Department of Neurology, Onze-Lieve-Vrouwziekenhuis, Aalst, Belgium.

Background And Objectives: POLR3-related disorders are a group of autosomal recessive neurodegenerative diseases that usually cause leukodystrophy and can lead to cognitive dysfunction. Literature reporting comprehensive neuropsychological assessment in POLR3A-related diseases is sparse. Here we describe the neuropsychological profile of a case of childhood-onset POLR3A-related spastic ataxia without leukodystrophy.
