Background And Objective: To evaluate the repeatability of retinal thickness and vascular density measurements using split-spectrum amplitude-decorrelation angiography (SSADA) with optical coherence tomography (OCT).
Patients And Methods: Forty patients were divided into seven categories according to their diagnosis: no retinopathy (control), retinal vein occlusion, diabetes with no retinopathy, diabetes with retinopathy, non-exudative age-related macular degeneration (AMD), exudative AMD, and epiretinal membrane. Capillary density and retinal thickness measurements were taken and evaluated for reliability by determination of statistically significant differences and coefficient of variability (CoV) between measurements.
Results: No significant differences (P > .05) were found in any of the within-visit measurements. CoVs ranged from 0.26% to 52.76%, depending on the measure and the disease settings.
Conclusion: The SSADA OCT angiography analysis has a low level of variability between measurements and, thus, is a reliable tool for evaluation of retinal perfusion. [Ophthalmic Surg Lasers Imaging Retina. 2018;49:e9-e19.].

Methods: This study was a case series of participants presenting with various IRD pathologies. Participants were recruited from the Ophthalmic Genetics clinic at the Casey Eye Institute from February to August 2023.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop next-generation functional photoreceptor imaging using ultrahigh-speed swept-source optical coherence tomography (UHS-SS-OCT) and split-spectrum amplitude-decorrelation optoretinography (SSADOR) algorithm. The advancement enables rapid surveying of large retinal areas, promising non-contact, objective, and quantifiable measurements of macular visual function.
Methods: We designed and built a UHS-SS-OCT prototype instrument using a wavelength tunable laser with 1 MHz A-scan rate.

A scoping review of 45 peer-reviewed manuscripts involving intraocular pressure (IOP) change and concurrent optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) assessments was performed to aggregate knowledge, summarize major findings, and identify gaps in literature and methodology relating to the effect of IOP change on OCTA. Articles were identified through PubMed/Medline, Google Scholar, Cochrane, Web of Science, and article reference lists. A total of 838 results were identified, and 45 articles met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for detailed analysis.
