With the continuous pursuit of high brightness and low power consumption display technology, RGBW display technology has been attracting increasing attention in the world. Various kinds of displays based on this technology have been produced in the market. The key of this technology is signal mapping algorithm which converts RGB signal into RGBW signal without color distortion and compatible with different sub-pixel layouts. This paper, on the basis of five kinds of signal mapping algorithms, analyzes the mode of action of newly added white sub-pixel affects display color, and the display performance affected by four kinds of sub-pixel layouts; it proposes the corresponding condition of excellent signal mapping algorithm based on colorimetry and deduces the universal equation of excellent signal mapping algorithm and brightness factor which could measure the ability of enhancing brightness. The simulation experiment shows that the signal mapping algorithm which satisfies universal equation could be able to maintain the hue and saturation better. The signal mapping algorithm’s ability to enhance brightness is effectively characterized by brightness factor. In conclusion, the proposed universal equation can be used to evaluate existing signal mapping algorithms, and it provides theoretical references for the research of new signal mapping algorithm which could be compatible with different hardware parameters and sub-pixel layouts, promote the popularization of RGBW display technology.

Introduction: Fear of recurrence is a transdiagnostic problem experienced by people with psychosis, which is associated with anxiety, depression and risk of future relapse events. Despite this, there is a lack of available psychological interventions for fear of recurrence, and psychological therapies for schizophrenia are often poorly implemented in general. However, low-intensity psychological therapy is available for people who experience fear of recurrence in the context of cancer, which means there is an opportunity to learn what has worked in a well-implemented psychological therapy to see if any learning can be adapted for schizophrenia care.

Although epigenetic modification has long been recognized as a vital force influencing gene regulation in plants, the dynamics of chromatin structure implicated in the intertwined transcriptional regulation of duplicated genes in polyploids have yet to be understood. Here, we document the dynamic organization of chromatin structure in two subgenomes of allotetraploid cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) by generating 3D genomic, epigenomic and transcriptomic datasets from 12 major tissues/developmental stages covering the life cycle. We systematically identify a subset of genes that are closely associated with specific tissue functions.

Image-to-image translation has gained popularity in the medical field to transform images from one domain to another. Medical image synthesis via domain transformation is advantageous in its ability to augment an image dataset where images for a given class are limited. From the learning perspective, this process contributes to the data-oriented robustness of the model by inherently broadening the model's exposure to more diverse visual data and enabling it to learn more generalized features.

Pre-harvest sprouting (PHS) in groundnut leads to substantial yield losses and reduced seed quality, resulting in reduced market value of groundnuts. Breeding cultivars with 14-21 days of fresh seed dormancy (FSD) holds promise for precisely mitigating the yield and quality deterioration. In view of this, six multi-locus genome-wide association study (ML-GWAS) models alongside a single-locus GWAS (SL-GWAS) model were employed on a groundnut mini-core collection using multi season phenotyping and 58 K "Axiom_Arachis" array genotyping data.
