Mycosis fungoides (MF) represent the most frequent form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). Chlormethine gel has been approved as first-line therapy in MF. The classification of early forms of MF is clinically and histologically complex even for experienced clinicians.

Despite its potential, clinical translation remains limited by the challenge of reliably detecting endogenous, disease-specific biomarkers in breath. Synthetic biomarkers represent an emerging paradigm for precision diagnostics such that they amplify activity-based biochemical signals associated with disease fingerprints.

Single-point biopsies remain the gold standard for monitoring BM diseases, including hematologic malignancies, but are limited in capturing the full complexity of loco-regional and global BM microenvironments. Non-invasive imaging techniques like Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), could offer valuable alternatives for real-time evaluation of BM diseases in both preclinical translational and clinical studies.

The aim of this study is to describe genotype and phenotype of patients with bestrophinopathy. The case records were reviewed retrospectively, findings of multimodal imaging such as color fundus photograph, optical coherence tomography (OCT), fundus autofluorescence, electrophysiological, and genetic tests were noted. Twelve eyes of six patients from distinct Indian families with molecular diagnosis were enrolled.

Unlabelled: Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) remains a major public health problem, leading to various complications such as liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma. The existing diagnostic markers for Hepatitis B virus (HBV) are limited in distinguishing different CHB phases and intra-hepatic viral replication activity. In the past few years, several non-invasive potential blood markers that reflect viral intra-hepatic replicative state more accurately have been in progress and are gaining importance.
