Background: The recurrence shortly after interventional therapy poses a great challenge in managing malignant central airway obstruction (MCAO). While cryotherapy has shown potential benefits when combined with immunotherapy in lung cancer, its effectiveness for improving local control of malignant central airway tumors is not well understood. This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of combining these strategies.

Background: Antiangiogenic inhibitors plus immune checkpoint inhibitors have synergistic antitumor activity and have improved treatment outcomes in patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
Objective: We report the RCC cohort from a phase Ib/II study in Chinese patients evaluating the efficacy and safety of fruquintinib plus sintilimab in treating advanced clear cell RCC (ccRCC).
Patients And Methods: Eligible patients had pathologically confirmed advanced ccRCC.
Background: Recurrent weight gain after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) is common. Revisional endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (r-ESG) has been shown to be a promising endoscopic bariatric therapy (EBT) to treat weight recurrence after LSG. However, to date, weight loss outcomes beyond 1-year follow-up are unknown.

Background: Drug-resistant epilepsy (DRE) secondary to hypothalamic hamartoma (HH) often requires surgical resection or stereotactic radiosurgery, which frequently fail to provide satisfactory outcomes and are associated with severe side effects. Magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) may represent a minimally invasive surgical approach to HH by offering precise thermal ablation of sub-millimetric brain targets while sparing surrounding structures.
Methods: We present the case of a 19-year-old man with HH-associated DRE, who was successfully treated with MRgFUS.

However, the mechanisms of these changes are still poorly understood.
