Prosthetic knees represent a prevalent solution for above-knee amputation rehabilitation. However, satisfying the ambulation requirements of users while achieving their comfort needs in terms of lightweight, bionic, shock-absorbing, and user-centric, remains out of reach. Backround: Manual therapy techniques are available for pain management in Multiple Sclerosis (MS); however, the results of neurodynamic mobilization (NM) are not known. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of NM exercises on pain, muscle strength and upper extremity functions in MS patients.
Methods: Patients aged between 18 and 65 years diagnosed with Relapsing Remitting (RR) MS (n = 31) according to McDonald 2010 diagnostic criteria were included in the study.

The Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) is an iconic species of significant ecological and economic importance. Their downstream migration as smolts represents a critical life-history stage that exposes them to numerous challenges, including passage through hydropower plants. Understanding and predicting fine-scale movement patterns of smolts near hydropower plants is therefore essential for adaptive and effective management and conservation of this species.

Introduction: Multiple sclerosis has a substantial negative impact on physical activity (PA). However, limited knowledge exists on objectively measured PA levels and types across disability status along with its influence on walking capacity.
Objectives: To (1) determine PA levels/types in persons with MS (pwMS) (overall and across disability status) and in healthy controls (HC), and (2) investigate the association between PA levels/types and walking capacity.
