This article presents the results of morphological studies, as well as comparisons and phylogenetic analyzes of sequences of four arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF, phylum Glomeromycota): , strain 211, Isolate 517, and Isolate 524. strain 211 was previously characterized only by sequences of the 45S nuc rDNA region (= 18S, partial, ITS-1-5.8S-ITS2, 28S, partial) and the gene (without any morphological data) that were deposited in GenBank under the incorrect name " strain 211".

Background: The implementation of the standard Ponseti technique (SPT) in management of idiopathic clubfoot can be challenging due to the need for frequent travelling and long duration to achieve correction. The one week accelerated Ponseti technique (OWAPT) reduces the duration of correction to seven days and has been reported to be effective and safe. However, children still need to travel for change of cast.

Background: To evaluate the associations between anatomical changes and visual outcomes after membrane peeling in eyes with different stages of idiopathic epiretinal membrane (iERM) using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA).

Methods: All iERM eyes were graded into four stages based on the presence of ectopic inner foveal layers (EIFL) and underwent 23-gauge vitrectomy combined with ERM and internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling, while their fellow eyes were treated as the control group. OCTA was used to measure retinal thickness(RT), foveal avascular zone (FAZ)-related parameters and superficial and deep capillary plexus (SCP and DCP) layers using 6 × 6 mm scans before, 1 month and 3 months after surgery.

Gamma oscillations are essential for brain communication. The 40 Hz neural oscillation deficits in schizophrenia impair left frontotemporal connectivity and information communication, causing auditory hallucinations. Transcranial alternating current stimulation is thought to enhance connectivity between different brain regions by modulating brain oscillations.

Solid-state detector single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) enables the acquisition of dynamic data for calculation of myocardial blood flow (MBF) and myocardial flow reserve (MFR). Here, we report about our experiences on routine clinical use and robustness using Tc-99 m-sestamibi and Tc-99 m-tetrofosmin. 307 patients underwent dynamic list-mode myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) and standard static MPI for clinical workup of coronary artery disease on a dedicated cardiac SPECT camera.
