Background: Transfusion-related acute lung injury (TRALI) is a rare life-threatening complication of blood product transfusion. Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG)-related TRALI is scarcely reported.

Case Presentation: A 63-year-old male patient suffering from multiple sclerosis treated with half-yearly rituximab infusions, was hospitalized due to dry cough, daily fever and shivering for seven days despite antibiotic therapy.

Introduction: Leptomeningeal melanocytomas are rare tumours originating from neural crest derived melanocytes. They are usually solitary and presentation with multifocal meningeal melanocytoma is very rare and indicative of potentially more aggressive behaviour. This case report and scoping review sought to evaluate the presentation, and key radiological features that can help differentiate multifocal meningeal melanocytoma from other differentials and provide a discussion of the key management and prognostic points once these tumours are diagnosed.

Objectives: Lung ultrasound (LUS) and high-resolution CT (HRCT) are commonly used for the evaluation of interstitial lung disease (ILD). Nintedanib (NIN) is an antifibrotic therapy approved for systemic sclerosis-associated ILD (SSc-ILD). We assessed LUS and quantitative HRCT changes in SSc-ILD patients treated with NIN during a 1 year follow-up, evaluating relationships between imaging variations and functional or quality-of-life outcomes.
