The objectives of this study were to determine the prevalence rates and risk factors for equine glandular gastric disease (EGGD) and equine squamous gastric disease (ESGD) in a population of 63 polo horses in competition. The prevalence of EGGD grade ≥ 1 was 69% and EGGD ≥ 2 was 31%. The prevalence of ESGD grade ≥ 1 was 54% and grade ≥ 2 was 37%. The risk factors retained in the final multivariable models were years of experience in polo competition for EGGD grade ≥ 1 and for grade ≥ 2, with decreased experience being associated with EGGD and weekly exercise duration and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) use being associated with ESGD grade ≥ 1. Decreasing weekly exercise duration was the only risk factor associated with ESGD grade ≥ 2. Equine gastric disease was common in this population of polo horses and the amount of experience and weekly exercise duration were related to the risk of disease.

Background: Markedly expressed on hematopoietic stem cells, C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4)-directed radioligand therapy (RLT) has been used in relapsed/refractory (r/r) MM to prepare for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). We aimed to determine the myeloablative efficacy of CXCR4 RLT in MM patients and assessed the safety profile of this treatment.
Methods: Thirty-eight patients with r/r MM were treated with 40 cycles of CXCR4-targeting [90Y]Y-PentixaTher or [177Lu]Lu-PentixaTher.

Backgrounds: Abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) carry significant risks, yet patient understanding is often limited, with online resources typically low quality. ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot, presents a new frontier in patient education, but concerns remain about misinformation. This study evaluates the quality of ChatGPT-generated patient information on AAA.

Background: We aim to report on somatostatin receptor (SSTR)-targeted molecular imaging and therapy in patients with advanced esthesioneuroblastoma (ENB).
Patients And Methods: Five patients with ENB [Kadish stage D in 5/5 (100%); Hyams grade 2 in 2/5 (40%), grade 3 in 2/5 (40%), undetermined in 1/5 (20%)] underwent SSTR-directed PET/CT. We quantified SSTR-avid tumor volume (TV), maximum SUV (SUVmax), and target-to-background ratios (TBR).
Cabozantinib is an oral multikinase inhibitor approved for treatment in metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC). We conducted a phase 2, nonrandomized, single-arm clinical trial (NCT04022343) of cabozantinib treatment for 12 weeks in 17 patients with locally advanced, biopsy-proven, nonmetastatic clear cell RCC before surgical resection. The primary end point was the objective response rate (complete and partial responses) at week 12 and secondary end points included safety, tolerability, clinical and surgical outcomes, and quality of life.

Introduction: Our objective was to test the ability of ChatGPT 4.0 to provide accurate information for patients and physicians about abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) and to assess its alignment with Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS) clinical practice guidelines (CPG) for AAA care.
Material And Methods: Fifteen patient-level questions, 37 questions selected to reflect 28 SVS CPGs and 4 questions regarding AAA rupture risk were posed to ChatGPT 4.
