The risk of T cell malignancies after chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy is a concern, although the true incidence remains unclear. Here we analyzed the DESCAR-T registry database, encompassing all pediatric and adult patients with hematologic malignancies who received CAR T cell therapy in France since 1 July 2018. Of the 3,066 patients included (2,536 B cell lymphoma, 162 B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and 368 multiple myeloma), 1,680 (54.

Metastatic melanoma with unusual histopathology can be diagnostically challenging. One exceptionally rare cutaneous manifestation of metastases is blue-nevus-like metastatic melanoma (BNLMM). Background: Desmoplastic melanoma (DM) is a rare subtype, accounting for less than 5% of primary cutaneous invasive melanomas. DM often arises in chronically sun-exposed skin, in older individuals. While the incidence of cutaneous melanoma has increased globally, trends specific to DM are less documented and studies on survival outcomes for DM are inconsistent.

BACKGROUND Primary cutaneous lymphomas (PCL) are a multifaceted spectrum of cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL) and cutaneous B cell lymphomas (CBCL). Mycosis fungoides (MF) is a rare subset of CTCL that primarily affects adults, and its occurrence in children is exceedingly rare. Most pediatric MF manifests as hypopigmented patches resembling other benign dermatoses, causing diagnostic challenges.

Seborrheic keratosis (SK) is a prevalent hyperkeratotic dermatological condition characterized by benign proliferation of epidermal keratinocytes, typically occurring in the middle to advanced stages of life. While the trunk is the primary site for lesions, they can also manifest on the extremities, face, and scalp. Although SK is typically benign, there can be morphological overlap with malignant skin lesions, necessitating meticulous differentiation for an accurate diagnosis.
