Respiratory burst oxidase homologs (RBOHs) constitute a multigene family in plants. These reactive oxygen species (ROS)-generating enzymes participate in diverse biological processes. We previously demonstrated that plays an important role in lateral root (LR) development in . However, little is known about the roles of other members in root development. Here, we report that is involved in LR emergence in . was expressed in wild-type root tissues, e.g., the radicle, inter LR zone, and LR zone, and its expression increased during LR formation. Analysis of the spatio-temporal expression patterns of a reporter construct under the control of the promoter (::GUS-GFP) in transgenic roots showed that was active at all three stages of LR development, but its spatial expression pattern varied at each stage. The relative expression levels of during LR formation correlated with the activity of promoter. Furthermore, upon transcript silencing, LR growth was significantly altered in transgenic hairy roots. These findings suggest that participates in LR initiation, emergence, and development in the legume by delimiting the region for LR emergence.

Sinomonas species typically reside in soils or the rhizosphere and can promote plant growth. Sinomonas enrichment in rhizospheric soils is positively correlated with increases in plant biomass. However, the growth promotion mechanisms regulated by Sinomonas remain unclear.

Red soil occupies an important position in China's agriculturally cultivated land resources. However, its low pH value, high aluminum concentration, and inefficient phosphorus utilization limit the productivity of acidic red soil farmland. Plant roots exhibit remarkable plasticity, capable of absorbing water and nutrients and modulating root system architecture in response to biotic and abiotic stresses, either autonomously or through rhizosphere microorganisms.

Purpose: This study was aimed to compare the difference between iRoot SP and AH Plus on root canal sealing ability for teeth extracted due to severe periodontitis and explore whether the dentin tubule pathway plays an important role in the development of endodontic-periodontic lesions(EPL), in order to provide a theoretical basis for selection of proper time for root canal therapy and suitable root canal sealants in patients with EPL.
Methods: Fifty single-root anterior teeth extracted due to severe periodontitis were selected. The roots were completely debrided to remove the calculus, dental plaque and cementum.

Statement Of The Problem: The creation of a proper seal of the root canal with canal-filling materials, such as gutta-percha and sealer, is one of the essential factors in the success of root canal treatment. In addition, the penetration depth of the sealer is one of the influential factors in creating a proper seal, which improves the sealing ability of the canal and the burial of microorganisms.
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of cold atmospheric plasma on the depth of tubular penetration of two types of resin sealer: AH26 and Beta RCS sealers.

Background: Injury to the posterior vasculature is a potential complication in orthopaedic knee surgery that may be associated with variations in its anatomy, such as the type II-A2 variant, which places the anterior tibial artery (ATA) in closer proximity to the tibia. However, how close surgical instrumentation comes to injuring the ATA is not well described.
Purpose: To determine how the type II-A2 variant of the popliteal vasculature affects proximity of the ATA to instrumentation for orthopaedic knee procedures.
