We evaluated the adoptive transfer of DCs on -infected neonatal BALB/c mice. DCs were isolated and purified from the spleens of the following donor groups: a) Adult BALB/c mice infected during adulthood with ; b) Adult BALB/c mice infected during neonatal life; c) Healthy neonatal BALB/c mice; d) Healthy adult BALB/c mice. A neonatal model of infection, generated after inoculation with 5 × 10 promastigotes of , was used as the infection control group.

We studied the dynamics of immune reactions to trekrezan in mouse pups after vaccination of adult mice during pregnancy and mouse pups at different terms after birth with Salmonella typhimurium 34-96. The preparation modulated activity of the immune system and stimulated antibody production in the pre- and postnatal period.

The patterns of changes in the immune response when deep cooling with different rates acted at various periods during development of the immune response, were examined in Wistar rats. Cold exposure causes not only a suppression but also stimulation of the immune response to antigen. The suppressive effect of deep cooling when it preceded immune challenge (the antigen injected at a body temperature decreased by 3-4 degrees C) waned and became stimulating with increasing time interval between antigen challenge and cold exposure.

Investigations of the effects of animal immunization with immunogenesis stimulator Freund's adjuvant complete (alone or in combination with bovine serum albumin often used in control experiments) on brain electrical activity, sleep, and neurochemical parameters were carried out in male Wistar rats. It was shown that both injection of Freund's adjuvant complete alone (0.25 ml) and immunization with bovine serum albumin (2 mg/kg in 0.

Removal of spleen leads to compensatory activation of the function of central immunogenetic organ and increase of hyperplastic processes in it on d 3 postoperatively which is accompanied by growth of biogenic amine concentration, appearance of bioaminergic areas and lobules-satellites as well as formation of new cloe correlative links. Transitory inhibition of immunogenesis occurs on d 15 and d 30 peaking on d 45 following splenectomy. At this period glycosaminoglycan composition of mast cells and their functional activity changes which is manifested by appearance of juvenile T-0 forms and new metachromatic types of mast cells.
