Central hemodynamics and vegetative regulation of heart rhythms in males depending on age were studied. To evaluate and estimate vegetative regulation a method of variative pulsometry was used. It was used on the basis of analysis of variable heart rhythm (temporary and spectral). Certain tendencies of changes of central hemodynamics and indicators of variable heart rhythm in different age periods were revealed. SDNN, RMSSD and power in HF-range decreased. Baevsky's index of tension and VLF-output increased. This shows that persons with initial domination of parasympathetic part of the vegetative nervous system have changes in vegetative balance toward activation of sympatoadrenal link, increase of activity of the central contour of management of heart rhythm and tension of regulatory systems of the human body.

We report a case of a patient with dilated cardiomyopathy who experienced recurrent ventricular tachycardia (VT) and multiple defibrillations following CRT-D implantation. Due to worsening cardiac function, the patient required surgical implantation of a left ventricular assist device (LVAD) as a bridge to heart transplantation. During the procedure, we used the Ensite three-dimensional mapping system to perform activation and substrate mapping of the VT targets, followed by endocardial and epicardial cryoballoon ablation of clinical VT.

Significance: Radiofrequency ablation to treat atrial fibrillation (AF) involves isolating the pulmonary vein from the left atria to prevent AF from occurring. However, creating ablation lesions within the pulmonary veins can cause adverse complications.
Aim: We propose automated classification algorithms to classify optical coherence tomography (OCT) volumes of human venoatrial junctions.

Background: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are effective antineoplastic agents but can cause adverse effects in many organ systems. Cardiovascular toxicities include arrhythmias, myocarditis, heart failure, takotsubo syndrome, pericarditis, coronary artery disease, and vasculitis.
Case Summary: A 66-year-old woman with Stage 3C2 endometrial carcinoma presented for her second cycle of pembrolizumab, carboplatin, and paclitaxel.

: A 65-year-old male veteran presented to the Veterans Affairs Boston Healthcare System (VABHS) emergency department with progressive fatigue, dyspnea on exertion, lightheadedness, and falls over the last month. New bilateral lower extremity numbness up to his knees developed in the week prior to admission and prompted him to seek care. Additional history included 2 episodes of transient loss of consciousness resulting in falls and a week of diarrhea, which had resolved.

Background: As the incidence and prevalence of Atrial Fibrillation (AF) proliferate worldwide, the condition has become the epicenter of a plethora of ECG diagnostic research. In recent diagnostic methodologies, Morse Continuous Wavelet Transform (MsCWT) is a feature extraction technique utilized to draw out distinctive attributes of ECG signals. In our study, we explore the employment of MsCWT in the classification of AF with ECG signals in a continuum.
