MyHealthAvatar (MHA) is built on the latest information and communications technology with the aim of collecting lifestyle and health data to promote citizen's wellbeing. According to the collected data, MHA offers visual analytics of lifestyle data, contributes to individualised disease prediction and prevention, and supports healthy lifestyles and independent living. The iManageCancer project aims to empower patients and strengthen self-management in cancer diseases. Therefore, MHA has contributed to the iManageCancer scenario and provides functionality to the iManageCancer platform in terms of its support of lifestyle management of cancer patients by providing them with services to help their cancer management. This paper presents two different MHA-based Android applications for breast and prostate cancer patients. The components in these apps facilitate health and lifestyle data presentation and analysis, including weight control, activity, mood and sleep data collection, promotion of physical exercise after surgery, questionnaires and helpful information. These components can be used cooperatively to achieve flexible visual analysis of spatiotemporal lifestyle and health data and can also help patients discover information about their disease and its management.

Background: Previously, we demonstrated that changes in circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) are promising biomarkers for early response prediction (ERP) to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) in metastatic urothelial cancer (mUC). In this study, we investigated the value of whole blood immunotranscriptomics for ERP-ICI and integrated both biomarkers into a multimodal model to boost accuracy.
Methods: Blood samples of 93 patients were collected at baseline and after 2-6 weeks of ICI for ctDNA (N=88) and immunotranscriptome (N=79) analyses.

Metabolic reprogramming shapes tumor microenvironment (TME) and may lead to immunotherapy resistance in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Elucidating the impact of pancreatic cancer cell metabolism in the TME is essential to therapeutic interventions. "Immune cold" PDAC is characterized by elevated lactate levels resulting from tumor cell metabolism, abundance of pro-tumor macrophages, and reduced cytotoxic T cell in the TME.

Background: Increasing patient demand and clinician burnout in rheumatology practices have highlighted the need for more efficient models of care (MOC). Interprofessional collaboration is essential for improving patient outcomes and clinician satisfaction.
Local Problem: Our current MOC lacks standardization and formal integration of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), resulting in reduced clinician satisfaction and limited patient access.

Importance: Transportation insecurity and lack of social support are 2 understudied social determinants of health that contribute to excess morbidity, mortality, and acute health care utilization. However, whether and how these social determinants of health are associated with cancer screening has not been determined and has implications for preventive care.
Objective: To determine whether transportation insecurity or social support are associated with screening adherence for colorectal, breast, and cervical cancer.

Importance: Triple-negative breast cancer is an aggressive subtype with a high incidence in young patients, a high incidence in non-Hispanic Black women, and a high risk of progression to metastatic cancer, a devastating sequela with a 12- to 18-month life expectancy. Until recently, one strategy for treating early-stage triple-negative breast cancer was chemotherapy after surgery. However, it was not known whether the addition of immune therapy to postsurgery chemotherapy would be beneficial.
