Glycogen storage disease type Ia (GSDIa) is a rare inherited disorder resulting in potentially life-threatening hypoglycemia, metabolic abnormalities, and complications often requiring hospitalization. This retrospective database analysis assessed the complications, resource utilization, and costs in a large cohort of patients with GSDIa.
