Mass lesions of the lacrimal fossa are evenly divided between epithelial and nonepithelial diseases. Nonepithelial lesions include pseudotumor, benign lymphoid hyperplasia, lymphoma, and sarcoid. Epithelial lesions are evenly divided between benign and malignant neoplasia, and are similar to those of the salivary glands. Benign mixed tumors compose 25% of lacrimal gland tumors, and are very slow-growing, painless lesions that should be removed en bloc without a biopsy to avoid seeding the orbit. Adenoid cystic and malignant mixed carcinomas are the most common malignancies, and present with rapid growth and pain. These require incisional biopsy to establish the diagnosis, and then a radical exenteration and postoperative radiation therapy.

Purpose: To report an exceptionally rare instance of Endoscopic endonasal dacryocystectomy.
Observations: Dacryocystectomy (DCT), a procedure of surgical extirpation of the lacrimal sac is normally approached by an external route. However, an endoscopic endonasal approach DCT is rare and usually reserved in cases where intellectual disabilities of a patient become a restrictive factor in maintenance of a healthy external wound.

The first partial skeleton of a carcharodontosaurid theropod was described from the Egyptian Bahariya Oasis by Ernst Stromer in 1931. Stromer referred the specimen to the species Megalosaurus saharicus, originally described on the basis of isolated teeth from slightly older rocks in Algeria, under the new genus name Carcharodontosaurus saharicus. Unfortunately, almost all of the material from the Bahariya Oasis, including the specimen of Carcharodontosaurus was destroyed during World War II.

We report the case of a 60-year-old man diagnosed with unilateral, solitary, extramedullary plasmacytoma located in the right lacrimal sac fossa, with no systemic involvement. This rare plasma cell dyscrasia is usually found in the respiratory tract. Clinical and radiological features of the mass and histopathological results are described.
