In the version of this article initially published, the line graph showing TNF-α levels in Fig. 2d was inadvertently duplicated. A graph of IL-6 levels should be shown in place of the duplication. These results were also incorrectly described in the main text, which originally stated: "At an early time point of infection (6 h), RTX-treated mice showed higher induction of total inflammatory-protein levels in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) (Fig. 2c), as well as levels of the cytokines TNF-α and IL-6, and the chemokine CXCL-1 (Fig. 2d)". This should instead read: "At an early time point of infection (6 h), RTX-treated mice showed higher induction of total inflammatory-protein levels in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) (Fig. 2c), as well as levels of the cytokine TNF-α and the chemokine CXCL-1 (Fig. 2d)".In the supplementary information initially posted online, incorrect bar graphs were presented in Supplementary Fig. 1b (VG, TRPV1+ data, top panel) and Supplementary Fig. 4b (DRG, CGRP+ data, middle panel).

Background: Postpartum depression remains a significant concern, posing substantial challenges to maternal well-being, infant health, and the mother-infant bond, particularly in the face of barriers to traditional support and interventions. Previous studies have shown that mobile health (mHealth) interventions offer an accessible means to facilitate early detection and management of mental health issues while at the same time promoting preventive care.
Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Leveraging on Virtual Engagement for Maternal Understanding & Mood-enhancement (LoVE4MUM) mobile app, which was developed based on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy and psychoeducation and serves as an intervention to prevent postpartum depression.
Unlabelled: TKA is routinely done orthopaedic procedure done that aims at improving the quality of patients' life by providing pain relief, functional improvement and deformity correction. This study aims to study the efficacy and safety of a Periarticular analgesic cocktail including ropivacaine injection and epidural ropivacaine for early rehabilitation after a total knee replacement.
Methods: Total of 100 patients divided into two groups, one group received epidural ropivacaine and second group given periarticular cocktail containing ropivacaine.

COVID-19 has extensively affected the health-care organization with varying impact on different medical specialties. Long term ICU admission is associated with a less familiar complication: the formation of heterotopic ossifications (HO). In this case report we would like to emphasize the unrecognized burden of the coronavirus pandemic in patient care from the perspective of the orthopedic surgeon.

The actin cytoskeleton is a dynamic mesh of filaments that provide structural support for cells and respond to external deformation forces. Active sensing of these forces is crucial for the function of the actin cytoskeleton, and some actin crosslinkers accomplish it. One such crosslinker is filamin, a highly conserved actin crosslinker dimeric protein with an elastic region capable of responding to mechanical changes in the actin cytoskeleton.

Background And Objectives: Although previous trials have established the efficacy and safety of endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) in large ischemic core strokes, most of them excluded patients with extracranial internal carotid artery (e-ICA) occlusion. We aimed to compare outcomes in patients with e-ICA occlusion and large ischemic core infarcts treated with EVT vs medical management (MM).
Methods: This was a secondary analysis of the SELECT2 trial, a randomized controlled trial conducted at 31 international sites.
