Only few reports have described successful simultaneous transcatheter intervention for CHD in infants. We present an infant with secundum atrial septal defect complicated by valvular pulmonary stenosis. Percutaneous transcatheter pulmonary valvuloplasty was performed first, followed by transcatheter closure of the secundum atrial septal defect uneventfully. Simultaneous transcatheter correction is an effective therapeutic option even in infants.

Background: With the rapid expansion of transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), TAVR valve explantation is also increasing. Nevertheless, previous reports on Lotus Edge valve explantation are limited to only two reports, none of which include intraoperative videos. Therefore, we report the case of an older adult who underwent a 2-year-old Lotus Edge valve explantation, after developing prosthetic valve endocarditis (PVE) and aortic annular abscess, with a strong indication for a TAVR explantation and surgical aortic valve replacement (AVR).

Background: Computed tomography (CT) assessment is the standard for predicting coronary obstruction (CO) caused by sinus sequestration (SS) during transcatheter aortic valve (TAV) implantation in degenerated TAV (TAV-in-TAV) procedure, but it may not always be accurate. This report describes a prediction method for CO by using balloon aortic valvuloplasty (BAV) during TAV-in-TAV.
Case Summary: An 87-year-old woman with a history of balloon-expandable transcatheter heart valve (BE-THV) implantation 7 years prior was admitted with worsening dyspnoea.

Background: Head-to-head comparisons of second and third generations of transcatheter heart valves (THVs) are mostly limited to 2-arm studies and to mid-term follow-up. The aim of this study was to simultaneously compare clinical outcomes of transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) with 4 different THVs at 5 years.
Methods: Patients undergoing transfemoral TAVR with 4 second-generation THV platforms and enrolled in the multicentre prospective OBSERVANT II study from December 2016 to September 2018 were compared according to the THV received.
