Spontaneous cervical swelling syndrome is an uncommon clinical syndrome characterized by the sudden onset of swelling in the cervical region with no identifiable cause. A 47-year-old woman with a history of Iron Deficiency Anemia presented to the emergency department (ED) complaining of an acute left neck and upper chest swelling and pressure sensation in her neck. The swelling started suddenly and was growing rapidly over several hours.

Despite advancements in treatment, metastatic ESFTs remain associated with poor outcomes. This case describes a 21-year-old woman who, in July 2022, presented with a left breast mass identified through ultrasound and CT scan, along with abdominal distention.

We document a case of a 75-year-old patient with a history of hypercholesterolemia and hypertension, who underwent endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) for an infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) with common iliac artery ectasia. Despite an initially successful procedure, the patient experienced recurrent episodes of acute limb ischemia in his right leg. Subsequent imaging revealed thrombus formation distal to the stent graft, constituting a potential source of embolization, which warranted a reevaluation of the treatment strategy.
