Steaming method is a traditional processing method for Gastrodiae Rhizoma(GR). The current studies on the steaming method's mechanism of GR are mainly focused on facilitating softening slice, destroying the β-glycosidic bond enzymes to reduce the decomposition of gastrodia glycosides (killing enzyme and protecting glycosides). The researches on the processing mechanism are still incomplete, while revealing and analyzing the active components in the body's metabolic process are important channels and new models to clarify the mechanism of traditional medicine processing. In order to provides a reference for the in-depth study of the processing mechanism of GR, we have reviewed the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years and briefly summarized the processing, composition analysis and in vivo metabolism of GR in this study.

The tick-borne encephalitis virus is a pathogen endemic to northern Europe and Asia, transmitted through bites from infected ticks. It is a member of the family and possesses a positive-sense, single-stranded RNA genome encoding a polypeptide that is processed into seven non-structural and three structural proteins, including the envelope (E) protein. The glycosylation of the E protein, involving a single N-linked glycan at position N154, plays a critical role in viral infectivity and pathogenesis.

Fixed-point thickness measurement is commonly used in corrosion detection within petrochemical enterprises, but it suffers from low detection efficiency for localized thinning, limitations regarding measurement locations, and high equipment costs due to insulation and cooling layers. To address these challenges, this paper introduces a wireless passive ultrasonic thickness measurement technique based on a pulse compression algorithm. The research methodology encompassed the development of mathematical and circuit models for single coil and wireless energy transmission, the proposal of a three-terminal wireless energy mutual coupling system, and the establishment of a finite element model simulating the ultrasonic body wave thickness measurement and wireless energy transmission system.

Multispectral imaging (MSI) enables the acquisition of spatial and spectral image-based information in one process. Spectral scene information can be used to determine the characteristics of materials based on reflection or absorption and thus their material compositions. This work focuses on so-called multi aperture imaging, which enables a simultaneous capture (snapshot) of spectrally selective and spatially resolved scene information.

Traditional marker-based photogrammetry systems often require the attachment and removal of a sticker for each measured point, involving labor-intensive manual steps. This paper presents an innovative approach that utilizes raised, cross-shaped markers, referred to as 'molded markers', directly embedded into composite pieces. In this study, these markers, commonly employed in other industrial processes, serve as fiducial markers for accurate photogrammetry.

Triclabendazole (TCB) is a well-established anthelmintic effective in treating fascioliasis, a neglected tropical disease. This study employs quality by design (QbD) to investigate the impact of TCB polymorphism and pharmacotechnical variables, from the development of immediate-release tablets to process optimization and green analysis. Critical process parameters (CPPs) and critical material attributes (CMAs), characterized by type of polymorph, composition of excipients (talc, lactose, cornstarch, and magnesium stearate), and compression force, were screened using a Plackett-Burman design (n = 24), identifying polymorphic purity and cornstarch as a CPP.
