School of Medicine, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, Milan, Italy.
Purpose: This study examines the multimodal imaging (MMI) findings in two cases of unilateral Stellate Nonhereditary Idiopathic Foveomacular Retinoschisis (SNIFR), including detailed findings from the unaffected fellow eye.
Methods: Macular spectral domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) and 3x3 mm optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA), microperimetry, full-field electroretinography (ff-ERG) for both the affected and the fellow eye were reviewed.
Results: The MMI findings were consistent across the two cases (71-year-old female and 60-year-old female).

Purpose: To evaluate optic disc and macular microvasculature changes in children with anisometropic amblyopia before and after treatment.
Methods: In all, 60 children with unilateral anisometropic amblyopia between the ages of 6 and 12 were randomly selected from the ophthalmology clinic of Fuyang People's Hospital, while 60 children with non-amblyopia in the same age range were randomly selected as a normal control group. The right eye was uniformly taken in the control group with at least 6 months of follow-up.

Purpose: To study the role of intravitreal clindamycin with dexamethasone as an adjuvant to systemic co-trimoxazole and steroids in macular Toxoplasma retinochoroiditis.
Methods: Retrospective study of Toxoplasma retinochoroiditis cases from January 2014 to December 2021 treated with a combination of oral and intravitreal therapy in immunocompetent patients.
Results: 39 eyes of 39 patients were included in this study after meeting the inclusion criteria with the mean age of presentation being 25.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze choroidal thickness (CT), along with macular thickness (MT), peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (RNFLT), and macular vascular density (MVD) using swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) in children with unilateral amblyopia, and compare the same with normal fellow eyes and normal eyes of normal children before and following occlusion therapy.
Materials And Methods: This was a prospective, longitudinal study of 60 children (4-18 years); 30 children had unilateral amblyopia and remaining 30 were normal. Group 1 consisted of 30 amblyopic eyes of children with unilateral amblyopia; Group 2 consisted of 30 fellow normal eyes of Group 1; Group 3 consisted of normal eyes of normal children.

Benign yellow dot maculopathy (BYDM) is a recently described rare, asymptomatic, early onset, and non-progressive macular phenotype. It is characterized by the presence of multiple white-yellow dots encircling the fovea, which are hyperautofluorescent on fundus autofluorescence. Here, we expand on the few reports available by presenting a case series of five Portuguese patients with clinical BYDM phenotype and congruent multimodal imaging, including the second reported unilateral case.
